If you are uncertain about hiring a personal chef, or you are simply curious about your relationship with food, here are some points to consider:

  • Addressing the reality of our eating behaviors has many unique challenges. Diets and meal plans often fail because they are not accommodating to your life.

  • We are often told to abstain from something when it is causing us strife. However, food is unique in that there is no way to pause time, to simply stop eating. We must continue to face food every day.

  • Most of us grow up to cook, eat, and clean the same way our caretakers did when we were children. Some of these habits are more obvious, but others are hidden. Struggles today may be related to behaviors that began decades prior.
