ABOUT ME
Originally from northern Georgia, my personal and professional journey has taken me to Colorado, California, Ohio, and Arkansas - cultivating a lifelong passion for food and hospitality with each new state. Various highlights of my restaurant career include Hinoki & the Bird, Colette, Heirloom at the 1907, Preacher’s Son, and most recently, Moody Tongue.
In addition to my culinary pursuits, my academic studies began with classical violin performance and ended with a degree in psychology. My passion for counseling courses planted a seed that would blossom into a lifelong quest to analyze behavior and emotion. This background has equipped me with a unique perspective on the incredible relationship between food and wellness. Through first and second-hand experience, I have seen how powerful and complex one’s relationship with food can be, and how difficult eating, cooking, or even thinking about food can become.
I want others to know they are not alone, and these experiences are more normal and manageable than they may know.
I am more than a traditional chef; by offering a tailored and elevated service, I support both physical nourishment and emotional healing. My ultimate goal is to provide the exact meals you need to achieve a healthy relationship with food. Wherever you are in the journey, I am here to help.
